3 blind mice
The session is almost over! What assignments do you have left to complete, and what is your plan to finish them on time?
The only assignment I think I have to do is the final one. I'm working on the 3 pictures and the gift card right now and I should be done with though fairly soon. Im gonna keep working on the gift cards cause I have a lot of sick friends to send get well cards too! Im not quite sure what im gonna do for my final project but im gonna be thinking about it soon! ^_^

what to do
List 5 ideas you could do for your photo triptych. Remember that you must do this on your own time. It is a graded assignment due December 17.
Well I have a few ideas in mind. But on the other hand i want to have 2 photos and one drawing, There is this one picture I drew that has puzzle pieces and a stained glass design. Maybe I can find something that encorperates with that. But then again I want to take a picture and cut it into 3 individual parts one will be black and white and the other two will be color. I have pictures and things I can frame. So this shouldnt take me too long to do.

Cough Cough
Why are you late?
Well I woke up at 750 like 30 minutes later than im supose too. I leave at 830 to go to Jessy's house. We just cooked breakfast and watched tv. We just lost track of time and left at 907 so now im here. In class doing my assignments ^.^

How many ways can you think of to take different photos of the same object? Explain your answers.
All you have to do is put it in different lighting, scenery, postions. You can take one picture of something and then take another at a different angle or lighting and it could look totally different. It just all depends on where you place it or if it is in motion or if its lifeless.

LIGHTNING
What questions do you still have about lighting for portraits? What else would you like to learn? On a scale of 1-5, with 5 being super excited, how much are you looking forward to using the studio?
what if we want to bring in some different colored material to put over the light as a diffuser? If we are doing different types of angled pictures how many different lights should we have? But im sorta excited for this. Im just not looking forward to taking pictures of me >.<. But i dont mind at all taking pictures of other people.

flip a coin
Every student in this class must complete learning log activities. This will be counted as an assignment grade. Your assignment is to create 3 images to be printed, framed, and exhibited at a public art show. The show will be the evening of December 19 at Big Al's Brewery in White Center. Big Al's is open to all ages. Attendance at the show is voluntary. The real question is are you going to actually finish the assignment if choosen...? I really want to do this assignment and i know I have the tendancy to daydream more than i produce things. I do everything but then the time comes i dont know what happens? But if i decide to do this assignment, I want to make sure i can do the best I can. I will attend this activity souley to prove i can get something done and I can commit to. I wont goof off I will work work work... and then play ^.^

a new start @ New Start...
We are going to set up a studio to take portraits of each other. Write a description of what you think it should be like-describe the background and any props you think we should have, as well as any other ideas you can come up with!
OH!!! I think we should get either a underwater mermaid theme cause i love mermaids ^.^ like wigs to make us look like king tritan and ariel from the litter mermaid and people could cut out pieces of cardboard and draw fish on them so they can stick there head through a hole and look like that fish in the picture!! ^.^ Or we could dress like pirates and have eyepatches and wooden legs and have a plank where someone could be or ont he poop deck. I have alot more ideas but i highly doubt people would go for them ha!

What do you like best about Photoshop? What do you like the least about Photoshop?
I like photoshop only for class purposes because it is easy to lighten/darken a picture, change the effects of saturation of color. But other then that I really dont like photoshop that much. I think photography with film instead of digital is just more emotion catching. It makes you look and wonder... What color could that have been? Where could that possibly be at?... Film photography in my opinion is my favorite form of capturing pictures. But what we're doing in here is really fun :)

Numero Dos
Happy December! Did you know Mrs. Magyar's birthday is in only 5 more days? What was the most frustrating thing about yesterday's class? How did you deal with it, and how could you deal with it differently?
HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY MS. MAGYAR.
Nothing was really frustrating yesturday it was a day when i could actually work on something that i could be alittle bit better than some people haha, But thats not that point, i was glad i could help some people with some things because i think everyone should be on the same level when it comes to educational values. There is no way i could of dealt with it because it all went well so there is nothing i would change.

First day...
Q: Welcome to Photo Craft class! What do you hope to learn in this class? What are you excited about and what are you worried about, concerning this class?
A: Well im really excited for this class because it gives me an opprotunity to let me actually make things in class without getting in trouble for it. I hope to learn more about photoshop. Im not the greatest at editing pictures on that program, im just hoping we get to do everything we have planned. Im excited to also make buttons because i love buttons!!! and i like drawing so i could just draw something FOR my button ^.^
